From her years as a personal trainer to her yoga teacher experiences to the care of her patients to inspiring her children, Stephanie always strives for excellence. She guides her clients to be their best and brightest. She brings enthusiasm, and extensive integrative health expertise to each person she works with and believes optimal health is everyone’s birthright. Stephanie loves running in the forest, biking, boarding, and swimming in the beautiful cold lakes of the Sierra Nevadas. Living in the mountains makes her heart sing!
