CANCELLATION POLICY

We want you to have a great experience at REVIVE WELL TAHOE. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment!

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link on the email you received, or please call us at 530-494-6566

Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at REVIVE WELL TAHOE.

Please give a 24-hour notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours but greater than 5 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 60% of the cost of appointment. This includes half of the cost of the appointment and a restocking fee. Any cancellations less than 2 hours will not receive a refund.
